Ingredients

Oat and wheat flakes, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, soy flakes, pumpkin seeds, puffed wheat grains, vegetable fiber, sesame seeds. The product may contain traces of nuts, eggs and milk.

How to make Planet Ally Grain Loaf

  • Frame 81 2 | Grain loaf

    We need: 250 g of Planet Ally Grain Loaf dry mix, 50 g of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, 6 g of salt, 20 g of any syrup (agave, maple …), 20 ml of oil, 230 ml of water

  • Frame 82 4 | Grain loaf

    Method: Pour 230 ml of water (temperature approx. 30°C) into a large bowl. Dissolve 20 g of syrup in the water. After the syrup has dissolved, add 20 ml of oil.

  • Frame 83 4 | Grain loaf

    Then add the Grain Loaf dry mix, 50 g of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or nuts, and 6 g of salt. Mix thoroughly.

  • Frame 84 1 | Grain loaf

    Fill a greased tin (20 cm long) with the final mixture, and allow it to stand at room temperature for approximately 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Immediately after putting the bread tin in the oven, reduce the temperature to 180°C. Bake for about 60 minutes.
