Quick and Easy to Make Sprouted Bread

Wheat flour, spelt flour, flours from sprouted legumes 11% (chickpeas, mung beans, lentils, black beans), rye flour, thickener (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose E464), flour improvers (L-ascorbic acid E 300), enzyme (hydrolases, oxidoreductases).

Instructions for making Sprouted Bread in a Bread Maker

    Add the following ingredients in the order and location specified by your bread maker’s manual:

    500 g of Sprouted Bread dry mix, yeast (2 g fresh, 3 g instant, 7 g vegan), 10 g salt, 400 ml water (approximately 30°C)

    Set the program to either basic or whole wheat.

    The preparation and baking time will vary depending on the model of bread maker you are using. (approximately 3 hours).
