WHY EAT
Vegan Burger

Because it’s made from peas!

Peas are rich in B vitamins, especially B1, B2 and B3. They also contain high levels of phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. B vitamins are important for our mental health, strong nerves, healthy skin, good circulation, and overall immunity. Peas are an excellent plant-based source of protein.

Plant-based meat alternatives benefit our planet and our health. It isn’t necessary for everyone to give up meat completely, but to limit their consumption of meat to 1-2 times per week. Reducing your meat consumption will help the planet and your gut microbiome.
