Quick and Easy to Make Vegan Mince

Ingredients

Pea protein 47%, mung bean flour, corn starch, dried mung bean crunchy flakes, roasted onions (onions 90%, sunflower oil), sweet paprika, aroma, sea salt, fermented bean paste (water, bean 28% ), olive oil, dried garlic, psyllium, beetroot concentrate, caramelised sugar, ground black pepper.

Preparation and Usage

  • Frame 81 2 | Vegan Mince

    Pour 180 g of the dry mix into a bowl, add 380 ml of water, and 45 ml of vegetable oil.

  • Frame 82 4 | Vegan Mince

    Mix by hand, or with a stand mixer on a slow speed, for approximately 1 minute.

  • Frame 83 4 | Vegan Mince

    Let the mixture stand in the fridge for 30-40 minutes to allow the flavours to blend.

  • Frame 84 1 | Vegan Mince

    Use the vegan mince in your favourite dish, just as you would in a meat-based recipe.
